Today I feel blessed to have received my name, although for most of my life I wasn’t living by it. I only found myself and the truth of my name after recognizing that the way I was living was no longer working for me. My formula for life was exhausted, the mechanics I had built around me were broken, and I felt empty and lost. Working with a shamanic earth-based healer and teacher in London, I experienced profound and transformative healing. A part of myself that had been missing since my early childhood came back, leading me to make major and meaningful changes in my life.
Over time, I let go of my global career, spanning years in Tokyo and then in London, and I moved back to my family home of three generations in the countryside of the Netherlands to live a more authentic life in harmony with myself and nature. Coming from a lineage of healers and spiritual practitioners through my grandfather, who was an apothecary and medicine man, my grandmother’s interest in mysticism, astrology, yoga, and Jungian psychology, and my parents who were spiritual leaders of the Nichiren Buddhism practice in the Netherlands, I consciously returned to my roots. I connected with my interest in nature, plant medicine, spirituality, mysticism, and ancient civilisations and their wisdom, all of which have fascinated me since my early childhood.
There was a time when I was in great need of guidance myself and the universe responded. Being in the countryside has given me the time and space to rediscover my true essence and commit myself to being in service to others, and I am grateful now to have the opportunity to give back. Using ancient energy medicine techniques, I am here to assist anyone in their healing. I know from my own experience that it is possible to overcome the wounds caused by trauma, karma, or genetic inheritance. By becoming aware of these things, looking at them from a new perspective, and taking the right actions to chart a better map, you can create a brighter, more interesting story for yourself, and be well on your way to a future that you are truly excited about.
Life is an ongoing school for cultivating our consciousness, and I am a perpetual learner. Diana Beaulieu from Sacred Woman Awakening taught me to connect with my inner medicine woman as well as my plant, animal and spirit allies. I studied Basic Medical & Psychological Knowledge at the Energy School in Den Bosch to understand the human anatomy and the human mind. I completed the Four Winds Light Body School Energy Medicine Training with Dr. Alberto Villoldo, who has adapted ancient shamanic energy medicine techniques from across the Americas for the Western world. For the past several years, I have assisted at plant medicine ceremonies with Hermanosis to help facilitate and support a safe and transformational experience for participants. I have been inspired by the Intention Masterclass Training with Lynne McTaggart, who bridges ancient wisdom with scientifically proven practice, and Eric Dowsett, who taught me about Space and Personal Clearing, bringing forth the teachings of the Buddha.
After many years of studying many disciplines, my heart called me to the medicine of the Andes and I dove deeply into the teachings of several master teachers, wisdom keepers, and lineages of the Andean Cosmology. I completed the two and a half year Pampamesayoq Earthkeeper Training with Don Mariano Quispe Flores and his community at Serena Anchanchu, Centre for Inca Shamanism — and I am in the middle of another two and a half years of review and what will surely bring new insights. I am an ongoing student of Puma Fredy Quispe Singona from Noqan Kani, and am re-taking his training of Peruvian Healing Practices and Sacred Ceremony at The Shift Network to expand and deepen my knowledge of ceremonial healing practices. I further immersed myself into the teachings of Andean Mysticism with Joan Parisi Wilcox, as well as by her primary teachers Juan Ñuñez del Prado and Ivan Ñuñez del Prado who combine quantum physics, ancient energy techniques, and modern psychology. This led me to study Jungian Psychology with Karen Hamaker-Zondag to understand and map the unconscious parts of ourselves in the Jungian way. Under the guidance of Elizabeth B Jenkins, I am currently in my second year of study at the Global Paqo School of the Wiraqocha Foundation, to receiving more pure wisdom transmissions from the Q’eros.
Further trainings and workshops include the teachings of: Ahamkara, Imelda Almqvist, Adriana Ayales, Gregg Braden, Roel Crabbé, Joe Dispenza, Henk Fransen, Sandra Ingerman, Dietrich Klinghardt, Claudio Kutzwor, Esteban Kutzwor, Gabor Maté, Jocelyn Star Feather, and Atira Tan, who continue to be tremendous sources of wisdom and knowledge.
I feel incredibly grateful for the wealth of teachings, learnings, and life experiences that I have acquired thus far. As a Pampamesayoq Earthkeeper and Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner, I am here to assist you in your healing journey at the levels of the body, the mind, the soul and the spirit. I am here to serve, to spread my wings, and to pay it forward to anyone who needs support, healing and guidance — whether they are in my community, or anywhere else in the world.
